Take Time to Heal ~ Stay Centered ~ Be Free ~






You may feel many emotions sadness, anger, confusion, betrayal, and at times, you may even question your own decisions when problems develop in our lives.

We have to stand up and make choices, even though they can take a toll on our lives~ this is definitely a part of the healing process. The steps below are emotions that we feel and why we feel them but we cannot let them take control. Let’s move forward!


1. Sadness: you may feel that you did not deserve this     
situation.

2. Anger:  how the circumstances derived.

3. Confusion:  you may feel like you may or may not be 
able to handle the pressure.

4. Betrayal: because of the person(s) involved in the 
situation, or caused the conflict.

5. Questionable: because you wonder if you used good 
judgment after deciding uponmaking a conclusion.


When conflicts threaten your peace of mind, remember that you have the choice-
 “It’s your Choice” to stay centered and focused.


   Say to yourself-  I do not need drama in my life nor negative thinking!

I stay centered in peaceful love. I am willing to love and accept others for who they are.
 It’s my Choice to be Free!
